The Slow Down with Libby Nicholaou

A weekly progressive practice beginning with gentle vinyasa, moving into restorative, and closing in meditation.

You’ll clear out stagnant energy in your body, receive support for your joints and muscles, and have the opportunity to shed unnecessary thoughts in your mind. This class sets a foundation of restfulness in your whole being.

Incorporates singing bell and Koshi chimes, as well as a digital playlist.

65 minutes: 25 minutes gentle vinyasa, 30 minutes restorative, 10 minute meditation

About the Facilitator:

Libby Nicholaou (she/her) is a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to building community and sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity.

She has completed over 700 hours of training, including tantra meditation, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially for the postpartum body.

Libby offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart.
