Nicole Nyhan (they/she) underwent a spontaneous Kundalini awakening in 2021 that radically transformed their life. This consciousness and healing journey ultimately led to the creation of The Bridge, a space built to foster individual and communal healing, restoration, and connection.
Mary Evelyn Pritchard, Business, Design & Community Consultant
Mary Evelyn Pritchard (she/her) is an artist, ritualist, beauty-maker, and community builder who’s work centers on creating sacred spaces and experiences.
For the last decade she has worked in the Healing Arts as a Feng Shui practitioner & designer, meanwhile, actively exploring the realms of embodiment and eros through study and personal practice with deep devotion to the Earth and Sacred Feminine.
She has a particular passion for facilitating community ritual and ceremony as a pathway to individual and collective transformation.

Kylla Delisio, Operations Assistant
Kylla Delisio (she/her) is an advocate for the healing and magic realms. She is also a Ceramics artist and full time forest frolicker also known as dog walker/pet sitter.
Caro Arévalo (she/her) is a Peruvian visual artist based in Woodstock, NY. Her artwork explores the plant and fungi kingdoms as seen with our naked eyes and through the microscopes. From her Amazonian heritage, Caro embraces the importance of rituals and ancestral wisdom, of embracing our unity with nature in our daily lives. She has been learning the ways of cacao with the Tz’utujil, K’iche and Kaqchikel communities in Guatemala as well as with Florencia Fridman and Cacao Laboratory.
Corinna Barsan (she/her) is an Akashic Records reader, Crystal Resonance therapist, spiritual medium, and Reiki practitioner. She is also an independent editor, having worked in publishing for fifteen years. She is a co-creator of Spiral Mirror in Kingston, NY. You can find her and her offerings at Aligned Light.

Alexandria Gianakos, LMT (she/her) is a clinician, educator and movement facilitator. Since 2015 she has been teaching classes in clinics, jail and other community spaces to bring us together and explore the individual and collective body. She runs Liminal Bodywork, a clinic in Stone Ridge dedicated to bringing therapeutic bodywork to folks dedicated to healthy change.
Ana Francisca Gioia (she/her) is an Earth and Birth Worker. She has trained in multiple yoga lineages including Hatha and Kundalini and is certified at the 500hr level. She has been living and teaching yoga in Kingston since 2013. Ana is a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula with a passion for native plants, helping resource new families, regenerative earth practices and ancestral health.
Ana has a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston College and a Masters in Eastern Classics from St. John’s College in New Mexico where she studied Eastern Philosophy and Sanskrit. She is a trained Radiant Child Yoga Teacher with a background in Children’s and Family Yoga. She continues to work with children as an Instructor at a local non-profit wilderness program for kids and teens. Ana is the mother of two children and in her free time enjoys writing, wild crafting, foraging, hiking, dance and sustainable cooking.
Elizabeth Gross (she/her) is an herbalist, bodyworker, meditation and yoga instructor, and end-of-life doula based in the Mid Hudson Valley of NY. Elizabeth’s mission through her business Selkie Medicinals is to provide optimal comfort and care to people experiencing major life transitions. Elizabeth supports her clients to bring simple and effective herbal self care practices into their lives in support of spiritual and physical well being. Her focus is to provide holistic support for times when nourishment, restoration, and rejuvenation are crucial.
Hudson Valley Social Club creates community–based programming and events to connect people. We celebrate weirdness, vulnerability, and collaboration. We partner with local event organizers and community leaders who care about bringing people together in meaningful ways. We want to help people have more fun and to find a place where they belong.
May Lin Le Goff (she/they) is a dedicated practitioner of Reiki and Sound Meditation, offering spaces where people can unwind, ground, and reconnect through the power of energy and sound. She is certified in Usui Reiki III and Earth Evolution Reiki, having trained with Aki Hirata-Baker and Manu Del Prete, founders of New York’s MINKA Mystery School. May is also a Jyorei-attuned practitioner within the Shumei lineage. Her studies in Sound Meditation include training with renown sound practitioner and educator David Shemesh, as well as Joule L’Adara, through whom she completed the Feeltone Sound Practitioner I & II certification. May’s work is deeply rooted in the teachings and lineages of these influential guides - practices she is honored to share in her work. Facilitators & Collaborators
Issa Marcantoni Rosa (they/them) is a queer, trans non-binary Boricua witch whose life is guided by the alchemist’s quest—exploring how the metaphysical becomes tangible and how we can consciously engage with that transformation. This curiosity has shaped their path, leading to their first career as a sacred space designer, then getting certified as an RYT-500 Kundalini Yoga Teacher with a focus on Yoga Therapy, and now in their graduate studies in Trauma-Informed Mental Health Counseling (currently in training at SUNY Fredonia) to add to their expertise as a counseling Evolutionary Astrologer.
As the founder of Homecoming Healing, Issa facilitates transformative group healing circles and astrology-based coaching, creating spaces for deep connection and self-discovery. Their work thrives at the intersection of decolonizing psychology, somatics, esoteric wisdom, yoga, and embodied movement. With nearly 20 years of astrological study, Issa offers an integrative, pragmatic approach to mystical practices—providing a grounded, inclusive, and empowering path for those seeking profound transformation.
Marianna McClellan (she/her) uses movement as a means for creative self-expression, therapeutic rehabilitation and building community. She connected to the deep work of Body Intelligence in 2017 while training with Brenna Palughi in Virago, their physical theatre company. The work developed new meaning after Marianna was hospitalized with Guillain Barre Syndrome (a rare neurological condition that causes full-body paralysis). Throughout her long recovery, Body Intelligence movement work became a guiding force for healing as she reunited with sensation, mobility, strength and proprioception.
In addition to training to teach Body Intelligence with Brenna, Marianna completed a yoga teacher training at ISHTA yoga in NYC. She continues to study anatomy and fascia with Tom Myers and has completed a course in Pelvic floor health (which she is extremely passionate about) with Lauren Ohayon and Diana Zotos Florio.
Catherine Meringolo (she/her) is a multidisciplinary performance maker, movement artist, and writer working at the intersection of theater, dance, and poetry. As a facilitator, Catherine offers movement and creative process sessions with an approach that encourages playful curiosity and experimentation. In addition to acting in film and theater, Catherine’s collaborative and solo work has been presented at venues such as The Emerging Artists Festival, New Dance Alliance’s Performance Mix Festival, Gibney Dance, ChaNorth and 1 Brooklyn Bridge Gallery. Catherine is Artistic and Managing Director of North Node Space, formerly located in the Shirt Factory in Kingston, NY and now existing as a live arts laboratory and initiative to bring embodiment and creative expression to the community through partnerships, pop-ups, and performances.
Deoné Newell (she/her) is a Diné (Navajo), Black, and Creole medicine woman, Reiki Master, ancestral medium, and community organizer who has recently landed from the Navajo Nation, where she was deeply rooted in traditional practices and community wellness work. Her path is guided by the ancestral healing practices of her Diné lineage, lovingly passed down through generations. Deoné creates transformative spaces that honor cultural roots and support collective healing, weaving together the medicine of Navajo chants, the soulful resonance of the African Kora, and the restorative power of sound and energy to guide people into deeper connection with themselves, their ancestors, and the land.
Libby Nicholaou (she/her) is a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to building community and sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity.
She has completed over 700 hours of training, including tantra meditation, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially for the postpartum body.
Libby offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart.
Cody Rogowski (she/her) is a kirtan leader based in the Hudson River Valley, dedicated to guiding others into deeper connection with spirit through the practice of devotional chanting. Her journey with kirtan began in India in 2017, where she first experienced its transformative power, and she has since returned multiple times to deepen her practice. With extensive training in kirtan, yoga, and Ayurveda, Cody brings a broad understanding of Vedic wisdom to her offerings. She is passionate about making this ancient practice accessible to all, seeing kirtan as a sacred invitation to awaken the divinity within while reminding us of our inherent oneness with all beings.
Tanya Himeji Romero is a multi-disciplinary artist and energetic alchemist whose vision for over a decade has materialized in her work and devotional practices as a forest farmer, plant steward and intuitive culinary herbalist. While she believes any medium can be used to communicate our creativity, reverence and inherent connection, she is especially devoted to the realms of nourishment inspired by that which activates and attunes the inherent potential of our bodies as instrument, vessel and channel. She is the founder of Woodland Pantry in Kingston, New York.
Amy Shearer (she/her) is an Emotional Wellness Facilitator and Spiritual Embodiment Coach. She supports sensitive, burnt-out individuals in finding freedom from stressful relationship patterns, enabling them to experience nourishing and balanced life connections. She is a Trauma Informed Master Life and Success Coach, Master and Trainer of NLP, EFT, TIME, Hypnosis, certified Breathwork Facilitator, certified Somatic Stress Release Facilitator, and educated in Somatic Attachment Therapy. Amy is a California girl who resides in Kingston, New York, with her husband, Brian, and their sweet rescue dog, Brinkley.
Molly Spaulding (she/her) has worked deeply with sound for the last thirteen years and with crystals for eighteen years. She has been in relationship with ceremonial cacao since 2010. She is the founder and stone steward of Narnia Vintage in Woodstock, New York.

Kiyomi Tanigawa (she/her) is a multidisciplinary designer based in Brooklyn and the creator of Brooklyn MISOMARU, a project that brings together Japanese fermentation and thoughtful design. To her, MISOMARU is more than a meal—it’s a way to offer a simple, sensory experience that connects people to seasonality, care, and tradition.
Kiyomi’s work blends food, design, and daily ritual in a quiet, intentional way. Through workshops, and collaborations, she invites others to experience food as something both nourishing and meaningful.
Alex Tse (she/they) is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, artist and movement instructor. They live in the Hudson Valley and offer weekly group yoga classes, as well as specialty workshops, trainings and private sessions. Alex blends her passions and studies of music, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga philosophy, and anatomy to weave individual sessions and experiences for clients.
Krysten Vazquez (she/her) is a student of life and indigenous wisdom dedicated to helping others remember the power that they hold to heal themselves. With over 900 hours of yoga training, MBSR, meditation and pranayama, Krysten combines spiritual practices with science and sound to bring a holistic healing approach to the classroom. Bringing a variety of instruments to the table, she cultivates sound journeys and experiences that create room for emotional processing and vulnerability, shielding participants with a blanket of safety. She has spent almost a decade working as a physician assistant in family medicine and urgent care, with an affinity for the Latino community, as well as the underserved. She is also a clinical herbalist and advocate for the plants, using herbal allies to treat a plethora of chronic medical conditions whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.
Very Ape is an award–winning documentary production company specializing in intimate and authentic unscripted films. Operated by Sean Dunne and Cass Greener, Very Ape is committed to making bold and heartfelt art that gives a voice to unexpected people and communities. Their films include Wild Magic, Family Trip, American Juggalo, Wooks, and Cam Girlz. Sean and Cass also produce and co-host the Very Ape Podcast.
Diana Wassef (she/her) is a Lebanese-Egyptian cyclical embodiment coach living in Rosendale, NY. She guides menstrual and fertility awareness through 1:1 sessions, intimate circles, and everyday practice.
Diana also runs Cremona Studios, where she creates garments that honor the four phases of the cycle—designed to support embodiment and intention, with cyclical living at heart. Her work is rooted in the understanding that the menstrual cycle holds a deep source of inner guidance, and she invites people into a space where emergence, rhythm, and body-trust lead the way.
Tiffany Wattanporn is a crystal curator and passionate collector whose journey began over half a decade ago with a deep fascination for the natural beauty and energetic properties of stones. What started as a personal exploration to connect with the earth’s elements has evolved into a devoted practice of discovering and sharing crystals that feel truly alive- each one selected for its rare composition, vibrant color, and unique energetic resonance.
Her curations are the result of countless hours spent wandering gem shows, connecting with both domestic and international vendors, and following an intuitive sense of which stones are meant to be found. Guided by the belief that each crystal carries a specific purpose, Tiffany approaches sourcing with reverence and joy. From shimmering labradorite that seems to capture the northern lights to grounding smoky quartz laced with golden rutile like cosmic maps, she honors the transformative power these stones hold for those who are called to them.
Woodland Pantry is a method/lab food studio in Kingston, NY with a mission to create work practices so replete with safety that collaborators are as much being refined and healed by the process of production as those who receive the products they create. Founded by Tanya Himeji Romero, Woodland Pantry is a collaborative space in which the coalescence of safety and beauty beget regenerative systems; where intuition arises, informed by texture, color and energetic curiosity. Here we discover, learn, remember and remind ourselves of our best ways of being so we can best take care of ourselves and one another.
