Move, Breathe, & Recenter at The Bridge
Our yoga classes invite you to connect with your body and experience an expansive sense of self.
From active to restorative, our yoga classes offer something for all bodies, identities, and interests. Each class includes intentional movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and focus (dharana). Our team continues to immerse themselves in ancient and contemporary practices in effort to authentically and appropriately share them with you.
We offer support for anyone on a journey of self-discovery. All our weekly drop-in classes are sliding scale ($25-40), with 1 free spot to ensure accessibility to those with limited financial means who would otherwise be unable to attend. All mats, cushions, and props are complimentary. Email connect@thebridge-kingston.com to request a free spot.
We hope you leave each class feeling lighter and more nourished than when you arrived.
