Immerse yourself in a deeply therapeutic experience designed to restore balance to body and mind.

In this 90-minute workshop, we will blend restorative yoga, breathwork, and guided somatic awareness practices to cultivate deep relaxation and recalibration. You’ll be invited to reconnect with your body’s natural state of ease and emotional equilibrium through gentle movement and sensory-based techniques.

Modern life frequently pulls us away from the direct experience of what we are feeling—the ability to listen to and trust our body’s cues. This workshop provides a space to slow down, recalibrate, and cultivate a deeper awareness of your body’s natural rhythms.

In Western culture, we are often taught to suppress emotions rather than trust them. Yet, ignoring our emotions is like trying to fly an aircraft without reading the control panel—without essential feedback, navigating life becomes much harder.

Somatic awareness helps us reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom, allowing us to process sensations, emotions, and experiences with greater clarity and ease.

This workshop is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to their body, a new approach to emotional regulation, and tools to cultivate presence and self-trust. This experience will offer a fresh perspective on embodied awareness and the power of deep, intentional rest.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Elizabeth Voetsch (she/her) is a yoga teacher with nearly twenty years of experience. After sixteen years as a classical ballet dancer, she discovered yoga as a way to trust her body’s innate wisdom. She blends her dance background with yoga, offering a fluid mix of asana, pranayama, music, and somatic awareness in her teaching. Elizabeth’s approach invites students to connect with their bodies and intuition, creating a space for self-discovery and mindful practice.

Through her Somatic Barre class, Elizabeth reimagines classical ballet with mindfulness, focusing on intuitive movement and personal expression. The class blends ballet technique with breath awareness and somatic practices, encouraging students to move with authenticity and connect to their bodies in a deeper, more mindful way.
