You’ll be guided in an energizing practice to wake your body up, with enough challenge and rest to feel enlivened and restored. Expect your physical, energetic, conscious, and emotional aspects of being to be cared for.
Incorporates singing bell, Koshi chimes, as well as a digital playlist.
75 minutes: 65 minutes vinyasa, 10 minutes restorative
About the Facilitator:
Libby Nicholaou (she/her) is a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to building community and sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity.
She has completed over 700 hours of training, including tantra meditation, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially for the postpartum body.
Libby offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart.
