*Sliding Scale: TKTK (& LINK)
Sound has a unique power to flow through us - shifting energy, soothing the mind, and gently bringing the nervous system into balance. When approached with intention, sound becomes a gateway to relaxation and rest.
Led by May Lin Le Goff, Sound & Rest is a 90-minute immersive sound meditation designed to ease tension and restore calm. Begin with gentle breathwork, visualization/sensorial meditation, and group vocal tuning to ground yourself and prepare the body for deep relaxation. Then, allow yourself to be enveloped by the soothing vibrations of overtone-emitting instruments.
These restorative frequencies quiet mental chatter, soften the body, and guide your nervous system into a deeply restful state.
The Bridge provides all the props for a fully supported, reclined experience. Come as you are and allow sound to carry you into stillness, relaxation, and renewal.
