Somatic Boundaries with Elizabeth Stanger

*Sliding Scale: $45-65

Boundaries help us identify what is happening within us as separate from what is happening outside of us, so we may form a dialogue between the two.

Through a well-balanced practice of somatic movement explorations, journaling, breath-work, and meditation, we will explore simple practices that can help identify internal boundary cues and engage with them on a regular basis.

Come and explore how to:

Experience what meeting and being met feels like

Practice boundary awareness through meditation and movement

Identify ways to respond when your boundaries are both respected and crossed with a trauma informed approach

Please bring with you:

A journal and your favorite writing utensil and a yoga mat. All props will be provided.

This workshop is inclusive and open to all levels of somatic practice experience.

SLIDING SCALE DISCOUNT CODES:

$10OFF ($55)

$20OFF ($45)

*NOTE: There is 1 free community spot available for this workshop. To request it, email connect@thebridge-kingston.com.
