Pause | A Winter Solstice Celebration with Issa Marcantoni Rosa, Melissa officinalis, & Elana Kaufman

GET TICKETS

*Sliding Scale: $65-$85

On the longest night of the year, the world grows quiet enough for us to hear what we often miss. The Solstice calls us to slow down and sit with what cannot be rushed.

Join us for an evening shaped by astrology, sound healing, and a mindful tea sitting.

We begin with a mindful tea ceremony: Sitting with Pine.

Together, we will drop in to the stillness of the season around a cup of white pine infusion. An evergreen tree, the Tree of Peace. A moment to breathe deep, and exhale in community. After we sip, we will be guided on a short meditative journey of meeting this plant ally, and connecting to the medicinal and spiritual gifts she offers.

Together, we’ll explore the unseen world, the space between thoughts, and the symbolic language of emptiness. In this shared quiet, we notice what has been forming beneath the surface and give care to what grows only in the dark.

We will gently land our journey with a special Closing Sound Meditation, featuring live instruments such as guitar, shruti box, koshi chimes, hand pan, harmonium, shakers, rain stick, gong, singing bowls, and vocals, including call and response mantra, and guided meditation. Please feel welcome to bring a blanket to sit or lay on for this experience.

This night is a pause. A return. A moment to integrate what has been.

Come sit with us in the mystery and listen to the wisdom of the longest night.

As the founder of Homecoming Healing, Issa facilitates transformative group healing circles and astrology-based coaching, creating spaces for deep connection and self-discovery. Their work thrives at the intersection of decolonizing psychology, somatics, esoteric wisdom, yoga, and embodied movement.
