ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Hadar Kaly (they/them) is a RYT-200 yoga teacher, pilates instructor, and ACE certified personal trainer. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Hadar had to stop working as a chef and shift their focus to movement-based work. They have learned firsthand how crucial it is to listen to our bodies, and this has deeply informed their teaching in all modalities. Their goal is to facilitate movement in ways that truly cater to every body, not just in spirit but in practice.
