Natal Yoga with Libby Nicholaou

Sliding Scale: $20-$40

A weekly yoga class and community space for perinatal birthing people.

Come strengthen and relax your body to provide inner and physical balance before and after baby’s arrival.  You’ll be guided in movements and breath practices that support the pelvic floor, spine, and emotional wellbeing.

Each class opens with a sharing circle and closes with a restorative pose. This class is for any birthing person no matter how old your child is.

Natal Yoga is a community-oriented class that focuses on balancing the pelvic floor, spine, and breath in preparation for birth and postpartum recovery.

Incorporates singing bell and Koshi chimes, as well as a digital playlist.

About the Facilitator:

Libby Nicholaou (she/her) is a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to building community and sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity.

She has completed over 700 hours of training, including tantra meditation, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially for the postpartum body.

Libby offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart.
