Elizabeth Gross is an herbalist, bodyworker, meditation and yoga instructor, and end-of-life doula based in the Mid Hudson Valley of NY. Elizabeth’s mission through her business Selkie Medicinals is to provide optimal comfort and care to people experiencing major life transitions. Elizabeth supports her clients to bring simple and effective herbal self care practices into their lives in support of spiritual and physical well being.
