Sliding Scale: $30-45
This ninety-minute bi-weekly class combines gentle movements with the three-part circular breath to regulate your nervous system, balance your emotions, and elevate your spiritual awareness.
We will begin with an overview of the breath and a guided meditation.
Next, we will breathe to beautiful music for 45 minutes, fostering moments of profound peace and introspection, allowing you to connect more deeply with your inner landscape.
Each session concludes with a reflective period, giving you the opportunity to integrate and ground the shifts experienced.
How to prepare:
For the best experience, please limit caffeine and avoid eating anything heavy 2-3 hours before class.

Bring water and a journal to class, and wear comfortable clothing.

About the Facilitator:
Amy Shearer is an Emotional Wellness Facilitator and Spiritual Embodiment Coach. She supports sensitive, burnt-out individuals in finding freedom from stressful relationship patterns, enabling them to experience nourishing and balanced life connections. She is a Trauma Informed Master Life and Success Coach, Master and Trainer of NLP, EFT, TIME, Hypnosis, certified Breathwork Facilitator, certified Somatic Stress Release Facilitator, and educated in Somatic Attachment Therapy. Amy is a California girl who resides in Kingston, New York, with her husband, Brian, and their sweet rescue dog, Brinkley.
