A weekly vinyasa yoga practice to balance your energy.

You’ll be guided through flowing movements to help circulate prana throughout your body.

You’ll be offered breath practices that align with the seasons and social climate.

Expect to leave this practice with more clarity and ease in your body.

Incorporates singing bell and Koshi chimes, as well as a digital playlist.

60 minute vinyasa with pranayama (breath practice) incorporated

About the Facilitator:

Libby Nicholaou (she/her) is a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to building community and sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity.

She has completed over 700 hours of training, including tantra meditation, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially for the postpartum body.

Libby offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart.
