Ancestral Medicine: A Sound Journey for Ancestral Connection and Healing with Deoné Newell

*Sliding Scale: $33-44

Join Deoné Newell for an immersive Ancestral Medicine Journey—a monthly sound and energy healing experience rooted in Indigenous wisdom and the traditional sound healing practice of Navajo chantway singing.

Through the resonance of crystal singing bowls, the African Kora, and Navajo ceremonial songs, we will journey beyond linear time to connect with our ancestors and the land while harmonizing our energy and restoring balance to the spirit.

This is a gentle, heart-opening experience designed to support personal ancestral healing, collective remembrance, and a deep connection with the land.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Deoné Newell is a Diné (Navajo), Black, and Creole medicine woman, Reiki Master, ancestral medium, and community organizer who has recently landed from the Navajo Nation, where she was deeply rooted in traditional practices and community wellness work. Her path is guided by the ancestral healing practices of her Diné lineage, lovingly passed down through generations. Deoné creates transformative spaces that honor cultural roots and support collective healing, weaving together the medicine of Navajo chants, the soulful resonance of the African Kora, and the restorative power of sound and energy to guide people into deeper connection with themselves, their ancestors, and the land.
